Enhancements to Support Help Desk
Our Production Support Help Desk has been enriched with a comprehensive knowledge base, populated by our dedicated support engineers. This repository includes detailed documentation and guidance designed to assist users in navigating our services and applications effectively. By pairing these resources with community discussions on the RH Wiki, we aim to foster growth not only within our services but also in the general technical acumen of our user community.
Moodle-Based Learning Management System (LMS) Progress
We are excited to announce that our Moodle-based LMS is in its final stages of production testing and is set to go live in October. Our team is diligently populating the platform with high-quality curriculum and refining the onboarding processes for both students and instructors. This LMS will serve as a powerful tool for our community, enabling the development and participation in formal and informal e-training or hybrid learning solutions. Stay tuned for the official launch, where we will provide a dedicated knowledge page linked directly on the application platform.
Development of Internal Collaboration Platform
Our efforts to enhance collaboration have led us to prioritize the development of an internal platform based on Nextcloud, an open-source tool renowned for its customization and collaborative capabilities. Throughout October, we will be focusing on exploring its features, configurations, and use cases to ensure it meets the diverse needs of our users before official implementation. In addition, we are evaluating other platforms like GitLab as potential collaboration solutions to provide the best possible experience.

Deepening LMS Integration
Our primary objective for October is to fully integrate the LMS into our ecosystem. This involves not only populating it with quality training materials but also guiding instructors in hosting their curriculum on our platform. Establishing clear business processes and governance is crucial to empower our users to train, grow, and innovate within the cyberspace confidently. By focusing on these foundational elements now, we aim to prevent future conflicts and ensure a seamless user experience.
Expanding Knowledge Sharing
We plan to publish detailed documentation of our processes and operations on our Wiki page. This transparency will allow users with access to understand how our platform and community function. After finalizing the LMS course creation guidelines and governance structures, we will reach out to a select group of instructors to begin developing their courses, further enriching the learning opportunities available.
Continuous Improvement Through User Feedback
September brought invaluable feedback from our users, which we have actively implemented to enhance our services. We have documented these changes to prevent rework and reduce frustration for future customers.
