Following Up on Last Month: Key Developments and New Initiatives
Last month,
we celebrated the successful launch of our Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) and expanded our internal intranet wiki page. We also made significant progress in developing our internal collaboration platform and implemented continuous improvements based on your valuable feedback.
This month,
we're excited to announce the completion of most of our planned objectives, including the finalization of our collaboration platform. In addition, we've launched a new data harvesting service via user surveys. This new feature allows our users to request data and create surveys for gathering feedback, recommendations, customer satisfaction scores, and more. This software-as-a-service solution is designed to enhance our users' experience by providing valuable insights and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

As we move into December, our focus will be on three key priorities:
Onboarding Instructors to the Learning Management System (LMS):
We'll be focusing on onboarding instructors to ensure they can effectively utilize the LMS. This includes addressing any bugs and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Creating Documentation and Internal Guides:
We'll develop comprehensive documentation and guides for instructors and students to provide a seamless, frustration-free experience.
Deploying and Utilizing Our Data Harvesting Tool:
We'll instruct instructors on how to use the new survey tool, including how to publish and spread surveys, and organize data securely in compliance with local regulations.
